Processing & Shipping Days

Orders are shipped on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Orders placed after the shipping cutoff or on non-shipping days will be processed and shipped on the next following shipping day. 

Please allow time for your order to be carefully prepared before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Fragrances By Cleo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
